Magnesium alloy anodizing film treatment:
We use phosphate film in our products, it has characteristic of low resistance, excellence in anti-corrosive, good in adhesion etc.
The operation flow chart:
(degreasing) ---(washing)----(acidic washing)----(washing)-----(surface adjustment)----(washing)-----(film treatment)---(hot water washing).
The characteristic of Film:
1.Low in resistance : 0.03mX – 0.3 X
2.High anti-corrosive: Salt above 24 hours.
3.Strong in praying adhesion: Excellence (100/100)
4.color in appearance: White grey. |
